Do you think I am allergic to apples?

Whenever I eat an apple I get this weird swelling feeling in my mouth and on my lips and sometimes with a husky voice as well. Because of this I don't eat apples. I get a similar feeling with strawberries as well but not as bad. Do you think I am allergic?

But we (ordinary ppl) can't diagnose you over the internet. I would recommend you bring it up to your doctor the next time you visit 😭.

possibly, or it might be smth like OAS (oral allergy syndrome) which is seen in ppl with pollen allergies (allergic rhinitis/ hayfever) i'd reccomend asking your dr to check you out since even with a pollen allergy they can tell you, depending on if you have a certain pollen allergy, what other fruits/veg etc may cause similar reactions :smile:
