a level chem reccomendations

to do a level chem the grade needed is a 6, but ive hard its really hard
whats the reccomended grade to have for gcse to actually do well in a level

In your A level lessons you are (hopefully) taught everything without relying on gcse knowledge. I think a 6 is a sensible grade to be needed.

Even if you don't do as well as you hope, the two years of sixth form is more than enough to turn things around! (:

at the momment im doing a level chem and i got a grade 8, one mark off a 9 and even despite that i'm really struggling at very low a level grades. it mostly depends on how good you are at the calculations part of chemistry (so like the c4 chapter if u do aqa) and how disciplined you are in your revision and recapping lesson content
