Test purchasers in bars?
Hi, last night I served 2 guys, and one looked like he was about 12 years old, but I didn’t bother asking for ID since it was about 11pm and everyone in the bar had to be let in by bouncers after having their ID checked so I assumed he had a disability or was very unlucky lol. They got 2 drinks each then left the venue. Can test purchasers come in to places accompanied by an adult if they’re underage, do bouncers have to let them in so they can test staff?
There would have been information already provided to the premises if a test purchase was likely to happen and yes, testers can be accompanied by an adult, though won't have fake ID.

obviously to check ID for regular working times, but when there are bouncers who only let people in on fridays/saturdays nights i don’t check any, because they would have had to show ID at the door to get in
