Hi @Gritik Verma,

It is great to see that you are thinking very carefully about the exact type of programme you would like to study.

An M.Eng. programme tends to have a more practical focus with the application of engineering principles and methodologies to real world problems. In contrast, an MSc programme, typically has a more research-based and theoretical focus, preparing you more adequately for a future in different areas of academia.

Nevertheless, many M.Eng graduates do go on to further study or research and it is equally true that many MSc programmes have a strong practical and industry-oriented focus.

Truth be told, both courses have an excellent brand value and provide you with unique skills that are increasingly in demand in the job market. Your best bet is therefore to consider each programme and university carefully, taking into account factors such as curriculum design, your own personal interests & specific skills, and career prospects.

At LIBF we offer a fully flexible MSc in Computer Science. For more information on the programme design, career prospects, salary expectations and much more, please see our course guide - https://bit.ly/3I9YEyi

I hope I could be of some help with your search for the right course.

All the best!
