use digital flashcards like Anki or Quizlet i found them the most helpful. Furthermore you could use, Blurting, this a technique where you read then maybe on a whiteboard right down what you remember and then look at it and write in a different colour pen what you got wrong and then repeat until you got it all right. Also, you could use the teacher technique This is where you try and explain what you learnt to a family or friend. I hope this helps

I’m in year 12 and trying to remember everything in psychology (OCR) is hard. Mostly the maths side (like the chi square and I forgot the rest) and the 20 core studies.
Flashcards don’t really work for me which seems to be the most common thing people do. I’ve also tried to just watch videos or reread the content but doesn’t help remember it either.
Can anyone give any advice on what to do to remember the content?

For me, I regularly listed the core studies in order (and in areas) with a summary word of what the study is about
E.g. Milgram on Obedience - shock generator
Bocchiaro on Disobedience and Whistleblowing - unjust request
Piliavin on Subway Samaritan - bystander/helping behaviour
Levine on Cross Cultural Alturism - helping behaviour in simpatia and individualist cultures

This could work as well for paper 3!
Active recall also helps on a whiteboard
