Applying for full driving license - lost provisional

Bit of a dilemma…
Passed my driving test recently, kept my provisional license as I wanted to have a photo from where I wasn’t 15. However I’ve managed to LOSE my provisional license since (I know, so stupid of me). I can’t send off for a full license as I need to send the provisional with the form, and DVLA won’t send me a new provisional as I’ve obviously passed my test. I have no idea what to do!!

Hey, I managed to find mine in the end (was in a random bag!) but beforehand I spoke to a DVLA worker in a live-chat and they said I could still send off the form 🤷*♀️ just to write a note in the letter saying it was lost.
I would speak to someone at DVLA asap to be sure! x

Thanks, it’s in my purse which i’m hoping is just somewhere in the depths of my room or car and not gone forever so hopefully i’ll also find it! But thank you i’ll get in contact with them! x
