EPQ on International relations / management

I'm a year 12 student doing History, Spanish and Economics at A level. I want to study International relations or International management at university. I want to do EPQ but I can't find a title that would suit my future career in International relations or management.
I wanted to do something with economics, but as I understood,
due to the fact that I am already studying A level Economics, I cannot do it.

Ideally, I would like a title that would fit what I want to study at the university and include some parts of psychology, but this is
not necessary.

So do you have any ideas about the EPQ title I could do please?
