Withdraw or wait it out?

Hi, I am currently still waiting to hear back from LSE (applied to do law) but have an offer from Exeter + their accommodations apps open tomorrow and I don’t know if I should just firm Exeter and withdraw from LSE and never know if I would have got an offer or wait it out until I hear back either way. I know Exeter says they don’t allocate accommodation on a first come first serve basis, but I also feel like the sooner it’s done the better. So wait until I hear back from LSE or just firm Exeter and apply for accom? (:
As I understand UCAS have been giving direct instructions to unis to stop pressuring students to make decisions early to get access to accommodation first. If a uni is pressuring you otherwise in this way you should report them to UCAS.

You should wait to get all of your offers, and use the full length of time available from UCAS to consider them all and make a decision. Unis shouldn't be using accommodation to trick students into taking up offers earlier without waiting if there are other unis they may wish to consider if they do get an offer.

Wait.

Absolutely nothing happens until the accom allocation process takes place anyway. Don't be one of those people posting to work out how to reset your decisions because you thought you needed to do it quickly.
