Make sure you know all models and past papers,I’ll probably focus on calculations and 16 markers
okay, thank you! Are attempting all paper 2 past papers or just having an overview?
Since this paper will have various case studies on different businesses they may focus on market and operations like market research like size, strategy, positioning or efficientcy, . They may also ask about decision making and how internal or external ingluences may effect it. I don't know though these are all guesses.

Venture/ Share Capitalist and Business Angels

Hi guys,What are the differences between the 3 terms mentioned above.
Especially with venture capitalist and business angel, as they both want to partake in the operation of the business, but also funding them. Thanks a lot
I think it will be more data manipulation? Ratios and tables of data?

never heard of a business angel? But venture capital is private equity financed for a % in the business (shares) -- think dragons den, they offer there experience and expertises and the owner can buy them out at a later date. Share capitalist is when a business floats on a stock market, they must make more than £50k, do a memorandum of association etc and then anyone can buy shares but there is a danger that the owner may end up in divorce of control. however its a fast source of finance.

A business angel is usually somebody with a lot of wealth that invests heavily in the business as it belives in the growth of the business I think...

An investor who is willing to invest in high-risk, high-growth firms at a very early stage. - from tutor2u

What i’m gonna do is review everything but in particular look at formulas, models and theorists, external environment… PESTLE and SPICEE and lots of market stuff cuz there r 3 case studies so it’ll probs have stuff to do with those things and amongst other topics in the spec… also PED AND YED wld be go to look at. But better to revise everything than predict what’s gonna be in the paper wld be my take…
