My professor said these may be common/are useful to note:

Geographic Conditions.

Cultural & Social factors.

Political & Legal Factors.

Economic Conditions.

Thankyou, is this related to the 15 markers by any chance?

It wasn't too bad, how about you? Btw do you remember what the 20 marker was about?

Logistics and external environment. Yeah tougher than the first two but not so bad for a paper 3. Don’t think i did so well on the logistics one but the external environment one was very good. Supply and demand 6 marker was weird for 6 marks but guess that was just case study. Calculations were straight forward, selection methods were straight forward which I presume were just like interviews, group activities etc? Ansoff matrix I knew well but weird how it was ten marks for ONE way.

Can anyone remember what they got for the calculations?
I got 9.61% for the ARR, 3530 for the cyclical variation question and 0.76 for the elasticity at the beginning?

CSR:

•become a living wage provider
(Higher than minimum wage)
reduce sugar in orange juice to reduce demand on nhs

Logistics:

•product must be refrigerated when transported and stuff so added cost of that compared to if they take the risk and people get ill
as they are a multinational company they are reliant on goods from abroad so freak weather could delay and due to the perishability mean the oranges have to be thrown out

Selection I did interviews and CVs,
I did do more points for logistics as it was the 20 marker but there the only ones I can remember lol
