I find it hard to drink water.

I find it very hard to keep up with the normal water intake every human should have because I find it hard to drink water. I sometimes go up to two days without water. Tap water makes me want to throw up and some bottled water begin to have smells and tastes to me after a while. I was advised that I just wanted something sweet or flavourful and I should try infusing my water with lemon but I hate how it tastes after the lemon slices has sat in the water for a long time.
I know it sounds like I'm just nagging but any advice on how I can drink more water would be really nice thanks :smile:

Have you ever tried to buy a filter for your tap?
In my household, I've got a filter and pass the tap water through the filter and then into a water dispenser for extra filtering.
Another thing I do is boiling my water to kill any microorganisms that are potentially in the water.

I don't have a filter. I will look into getting one then.

A filter is a good idea as previously mentioned :smile:
Another option is using squash/cordial as a flavouring - it doesn't have to be strong as long as you make sure it's diluted (especially since some these days are double/triple strength) and there's loads of types e.g. orange squash, blackcurrant, summer fruits etc.
