Well you don't need A Levels but you will need its equivalents, such as IB, AP, etc. What exams have you done? It should mention what other exams they accept in the entry requirements

I have done an Ssc or 10th grade board exam and I got a CGPA of 4.39 out of 5 from a science background. I currently studying HSC or 12th grade from a science background at a college in my home country..

There is a lot of information on the Oxford and Cambridge websites about what international qualifications they accept, so you would be best off checking there

UK universities accept lots of international students - there are lists online of exactly what qualifications are accepted as equivalent to the different A Level offers they make. You don’t need to be an A Level
Student but you do need to have the right equivalent grades/predictions in your country for the course you want to take

You need to look up the criteria on the Oxford and Cambridge websites as you need to check exactly what the required grades are for your own country and your chosen course. The information you’ve put here isn’t enough.

For example, Oxford lists lots of countries separately here: https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/graduate/international-applicants/international-qualifications#:~:text=Undergraduate%20qualifications,-If%20your%20graduate&text=If%20your%20graduate%20course%20at%20Oxford%20requires%20a%20'first%2Dclass,of%208%20out%20of%209.

I am sorry to be blunt, OP, but your current ability to write in English and your current comprehension of English, as demonstrated in this thread, will preclude you from obtaining a place to study English at Oxford and at many other universities in the UK. You need to work on your English language skills before applying.

It is made clear above and on university websites that qualifications other than A levels are accepted.
