sponsors for application

Hi, I have reapplied for student finance this year and a higher maintenance loan and need sponsors for that. However, the sponsors haven't been sent an email to be able to complete the application. Their student finance account doesn't show that I have reapplied this year with them as sponsors even though mine does. How do I fix this?

Hi there, they can still login to their accounts without an email and click on 'support an application' and provide their details this way. If they can't do this and it's for the 24/25 academic year then we'd advise getting them to complete and upload the paper PFF2 form to your account:

They have access to their accounts however when it comes to supporting my application and entering my details it doesn't show that I have started an application for the 24/25 academic year even though I have done so. If I were to get them to fill out the paper PFF2 form where would I upload it to?
