Unite students-pier quays

I am looking to go and study pharmacy at Medway but want to book the accommodation at Unite Students at pier quays. Will it be full of 2nd and 3rd years or will there be lots of 1st years too?

I am in first year living in accom on campus (merlin house) and moving to pier quays for next year. I do believe there will be lots of 2nd years as I have alot of friends who already live there lol
