PFF2 Form question

Hi,
I have a son at University who is applying for a maintenance loan for his second year and another child who has accepted a place at University this September. I can't seem to access the online submission where I provide details as a supporting parent so understand I need to complete a PF F2 form.
Section 6 asks me about other dependants but my other child hasn't as yet made an application for Student Finance so doesn't have a CRN.
There is also a question that asks 'Are they receiving financial support? If so from which authority or organisation?'
Can you explain what this means? They are living at home at the moment so supported by me and my wife. Student Finance will support them at University along with any additional support we provide.
Should I wait until they have made a SF application before completing the PFF2?
