University of Nottingham parking

Hopefully studying at Notts in September and have already received accommodation (Dagfa House) but I've since realised they don't offer parking. There isn't any direct public transport to my city and I'm a young carer so it's important I can get home quickly if needed so I would like to bring my car to uni. Is there anywhere in the area of university park campus I can park it eg. streets, public car parks or do I need to look into switching to a different accommodation with parking? I'm okay with it not being next to my accomodation as I won't be using it daily but the closer the better!
Thanks

Hi, if you are a young carer you might qualify for a parking permit for campus. I think you can apply for that once your place is confirmed and you have all your login details (ie after results day, if you are waiting for results). You could try contacting the university to ask them. Alternatively we looked into parking apps where you can pay to park on people's driveways. There might be spaces on the road around Dagfa I am not sure.

Hi. I don't really have an answer for you. I just wanted to say that if you do end up moving somewhere else, I would love your spot at Dagfa😅. I was late so I got Broadgate Park😪.
