Hi do any current students have any food prepping ideas for someone who’s autistic

For me my key aspects are safe foods and things that take less than 5 minutes to cook
I really enjoy things like beans on toast or pasta
I got a george forman grill as it means that cooking things goes down from 30 minutes to 5

A pasta bake can last you for 4 meals pro tip is use half the pasta suggested and put in a tin of tuna hay presto you have a tuna pasta bake and it delicious.

Hi I would suggest getting one of those little alarms that are metallic and can be stuck on the fridge or you can take it with you. Set 10 mins to heat oven up and set again 10 mins to heat pizza up for example. They're really useful. Just stick to simply prepared foods for now until you build up your confidence.
