19 on September 1 Can I do an access to medicin course

Hello, I am turning 19 on September 1 2024 and wanted to apply to an access medicine level 3 course (after finishing my 5 gcses this semester) starting on September 2024 but some colleges refuse to accept me, they said to be able to them to accept me, I must be 19 on August 31 or before. I am currently living in London. Can anyone know any possible ways/colleges to do the access course (not online.)

This one has a start date on 2/9/24, so you are eligible for level 3 entitlement, so you can study for free.

Thanks for your kind response but it was not about starting date, it's kind of a rule in general that's why they refuse to accept me I will apply to this one and see tho.

i know some of my friends that started 18 and when they finished the course was 19 but the college is not in london they should accept u
