Where does a parent supporting an application upload evidence for a name change?

Hi Ben,

Is this for the 2024/25 academic year and is your sponsor having issues supporting your application as there name does not match their online account?

Hi Drew,

Yes it is for that academic year. Yes my sponsor is unable to find my account because I had entered her full surname whilst she entered her shortened surname.

Hi Ben,

I would advise you get your sponsor to compete the PFF2 form and this can then be uploaded from your online account. When they process the form they should be able to update your sponsors name that is on the PFF2 form.
