if you mean 'is oxford brookes in the city of oxford' then yes it is
if you mean 'is oxford brookes part of the university of oxford' then no it isn't, it's a different university

Oxford doesn't have an Architecture degree. Oxford Brookes does.

as im thinking as applying there for architecture
it it a decent uni for architecture specifically, though it lives in the shadow of Oxford uni and so isn't seen as very good overall.
