Hidden legal training contracts?

I am in the secound year of my law degree and looking to secure a training contract by the time I finish my degree. I have been researching training contracts on Legal Cheek and Bright Network, but there only seem to be a few and they are city based.

Are there more training contracts available for regional/national firms? It's insane to think how many law graduates there are competing for the small number of training contracts available. I hope it's not the case and there are more hidden, perhaps they are not advertised online?
