Help needed for NHS Administrative Services job

I need some advice into a challenge I've been facing. As an international student with an MBA (Master of Business Administration), I've been applying for administrative positions within the NHS but have, unfortunately, been met with rejections.
I'm keen to understand if there are particular reasons why my applications might not be successful or if there are specific considerations I should be aware of when applying to the NHS, especially from an international student's perspective.
