Aviva risk management associate

Hi i have an assessment centre for aviva risk management associate next week and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience for the aviva assessment centre such as what were the group activities and individual tasks like.

Hi! so from what I’ve seen the assessment centre will consist of some individual assessments, a group exercise and a strengths based interview.

I’m not sure if the group task will consist of a case study but i’m guessing you’ve completed your assessment centre by now! Was the group task a case study?

pretty much you got a fictional business case study and had to choose what they do next from the 10 options showed, then present your findings to the assessors
