Wrong name on prescription
I have just got my prescription from the pharmacy. However, I found that my name on the prescription is wrong (the address is correct). Should I contact the GP or the pharmacy to correct my name?

I’m pretty sure it’s the GP who send the prescription to the pharmacy so you should call them
