2 year age gap

I'm 15 f talking to this boy 16m and he's gonna be 17 this month. I've already had my birthday day so he's two years older than me. When he turns 18 do we have to break up? Or is it okay? I really need to know

Sorry if this doesn't make that much sense because I'm crying because he thinks we won't get to talk after he turns 18

Assuming you are from the United Kingdom.

The Age of consent is 16 years of age. So even when he turns 18, you will be of legal age to do whatever you guys want to do.

Even if he was 18, and you were 15 turning 16 very soon, there is no legal age prohibiting relationships - its just sexual activity. Though, morally I guess you could press whether its suitable dating an 18 year old when you are ~15-16, but its none of anyone's business.

If you are happy, then you are fine.

If you want to engage in sexual activity - wait till you are of legal consenting age.
