Food tech Written exam AQA

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knew if we have to know the practical skills for our written exam, as the spec doesnt really make it clear. i know about them pretty well because of my NEA 2, but im just completing flashcards and i was wondering if i need to include them haha😅

i don't think we need to learn chopping techniques, however in our textbook they have included different cooking methods ( maybe as a link on how to preserve different minerals & vitamins). so in conclusion Im not entirely sure
