Can you study a History PCGE with a History and American Studies BA degree?

Hello,
I’m starting a BA in History and American Studies in September 2024. The course is basically picking optional History modules (British, Ancient Roman etc) and some American History modules that are compulsory with the option to pick American Studies modules such as literature, art, cultural studies if you wanted to. The course is not restricted to a 60/60 split like a normal joint honours as you can pick 80 credits worth of general History modules and 40 credits of American history and / or American cultural, literature etc. As I’ll be covering a wide range of History alongside a specialism in American History, will I be able to take a History PCGE?
