Cattolica vs. San Raffaele

I’ve researched both and a student from sr told me that the clinical experience there isn’t the best (mostly observations). Not sure about Cattolica. Are you an international student?

I got accepted into both of them, and I am trying to choose between these two.
Which of these two universities are better in terms of facilities, clinical experience opportunities and job opportunities after graduation? I would like to go to either UK or US for residency later on, but I am not 100% sure about this yet. If you are a student in Cattolica or SR, I would appreciate if you could give me your insights! both are almost similar. it really comes down to your preference.
both unis have subpar clinical experience, are ranked almost at a tie and are tailored to the usmle. i think the only difference is the location.

Subpar clinical experience compared to other Italian unis or compared to unis in other countries?
