severe sudden chest pain spread to neck and head

It happened suddenly I was stood up doing whatever and i suddenly had the worst pain in my left chest that it made me want to pass out, the pain spread to my neck abd then eventually went to my head and made me really dizzy for a moment before all going away, the whole thing lasted a couple minutes i’d say.

Is this concerning? I checked on my watch my pulse ecg and all was normal, but I did take it after it all happened.

I am no expert on this stuff but best thing to do is to contact the gp or call NHS, i have looked this up and it says that any sort of chest pain could be serious.
