Postgraduate Masters Loan 2024

Hi there,
I've been living in the UK continuously since December 2020 with pre-settled status. I recently received an offer from a UK university for a Masters program, which is eligible for a student loan along with my age. However, I noticed on the website that pre-settled students "may be eligible" for the loan, which is a bit confusing. Could you clarify if I'm eligible, especially compared to UK residents?
Additionally, I'm curious if Student Finance checks credit scores during the decision-making process. My credit score isn't great at the moment, so I'm wondering if that might affect my application.

I am an EU citizen but studied in Turkey before moving to the UK (and have already lived here for more than 3 years). I can only apply for settled status in December 2025.
I am planning to start a postgraduate program in September 2024, with home fee status.

No, i don’t have any Masters qualification. It is one year, full-time programme.
