Work Experience in Caravan Refurbishment

Hi guys,

I am looking for the best place to find caravan refurbishment work experience. I am interested in going self employed, and joining a caravan mechanics association, but could do with learning the ropes as an apprentice for a few years first.

I haven't had much luck in the engineers I have contacted to date. I thought a larger organisation, like caravan seals, who I happen to be local to would be able to help, but they advised that they are supply only.

Any advise on how to contact mostly existing sole traders would be appreciated!
