RMAS/RAF Cadet

Can Ukrainian citizen who lived last 10 yrs. in Hamburg (Germany) and is about to finish secondary school there, join RMAS or RAF to become military pilot?

Although, the maximum age to join the cadets is 16. Do you want to join the cadets or the actual RAF?

I want to finish the secondary school here in Hamburg, and after to join RAF Cranwell or RMAS. I just need to know about the admissibility of foreign student.

Both those roles require A-levels. There are also the Nationality and Residency requirements, which are currently:

RAF
You must be a citizen of the United Kingdom or holder of dual UK/other nationality.
Whether or not you were born in the United Kingdom, you should have resided there for the 10 years immediately preceding your application, but candidates with a minimum of 7 years may be considered. If you have resided abroad for a period due to work or study, you may still be eligible on a case by case basis.

ARMY
As a British Citizen, British Overseas Territory Citizen, British Overseas Citizen, British Subject, British National (Overseas) citizen and British Protect Person, you're able to apply to join the Army.
