I have seen the resume of high value employees and they all spend around a bit more than a year in every company.
They dont stay long because they are **** hot, they can afford to jump every year, someones gonna hire them for a higher price.
Contrary if you stay in the same company for a long time, it usually means you have no bargaining power in the market, no one wants to hire you so you stay there.
But in the media everyone is saying how bad job hopping is, thou shall not job hop. job hoppers are evil, they will struggle to find a job because companies dont want short term employees...
so whos correct?
