Student accommodation, Urbanest City (Female Only)

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can take my room at student accommodation, Urbanest City Vine Street.

Price is ￡262 per week (The price can be negotiable)
5 minuets walk to Tower Hill, Liverpool street station.

My contract is until the beginning of September 2024.

Rent includes all bills, utilities, council tax and access to all amenities of the building.
Kitchen is shared by other four students and we have microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster etc..
