Edinburgh & St Andrews 2024 no offers received

hi, i’ve applied for anthropology at edinburgh and st andrews and i haven’t heard back from them. recently, a few of my friends have been rejected from these unis (for different coursers), but i haven’t even had that. i was wondering if anyone else is still waiting for an offer from the same course or just same unis? or what’s the latest they’ll give offers or rejections?

My son is in the exact same situation -- still waiting on St. Andrews & Edinburgh for biochemistry. He's an international student so the longer we wait, the more it feels like we are losing time in trying to get things ready for the fall (visas, finding accommodations, etc). If Edinburgh wasn't his top choice, I would have suggested he just firm Imperial and focus on his exams.

Rumour has it that there maybe some St. Andrew's offers may be coming out very shortly. The deadline to accept offers for those applied directly to St. Andrews is tomorrow, some are suggesting offers will come out after that deadline.
