Student loan

I failed my first year at uni and was financed for 2 full years - I'm considering giving it another (committed) go but would I be eligible for student finance ?

Thanks. If you are continuing on the same course, you have already used your additional year, so you would need to self fund the 1st year of Tuition Fees. You will still be entitled to a Maintenance Loan + supplementary grants if applicable.

If you could not complete your course year due to personal reasons, you may be able to receive an additional year of funding if you provide evidence of this. More information on this can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/going-back-to-uni-or-repeating-a-year
