Hey @Erin2112,
Each course is very different for how much they contribute to your overall degree.
For instance I studied a BA (Hons) Humanities degree and only my final year grades contributed to my degree classification although you had to get a certain pass mark in order to progress each year. I do know friends studying other degrees in other faculties where their third year contributes to some.
