Should I do only past papers or should I branch out to the old past papers ?

I do higher triple for science and I wanted to ask: I have already completed most of the past papers especially for physics and biology so I was wondering if I should keep going back or do old past papers too ? Because I heard that the questions in the old past papers are very similar to the new past papers too. I'm aiming for all 9s btw
