UCL accom offer

hey does anyone know if ucl gives accom offer to ppl with conditional offer? or do they give after the grades are submitted

Not completely clear, but the following page indicates that some allocations are made before results are known. I couldn't see anything about needing to be unconditional.

"Offers are sent out between July and the end of August in the year of study. Not all allocations will be generated at once, so we kindly ask you to bear with us and be patient."
