Hi,
I’ve just been in a long term relationship and we broke up…
Before I knew my ex, me and this guy used to talk but then we drifted and I got a bf…
We have now started to talk again but he’s bringing up sexual things
He says he’s liked me since I had my bf… and that he wants to be with me if we meet each other for a while etc and he’ll get me flowers on the second time…
Does he sound genuine?

There's a chance he has always liked you but kept it silent (embarrassment? fear of rejection? unsure?) - you could always give it a shot and test the reason on why he likes you.

No, he sounds possessive and immature. Why did he only like you after you had a boyfriend? Why is he talking sex when you aren't even dating? That's too much too soon. If you meet him, do it safely and don't do anything you aren't comfortable with!
