Economics: Warwick vs Bristol

I’ve received an offer for economics from both Bristol and Warwick. Which one do I choose? I’ve always wanted to live in a city and Bristol has the nightlife I want. However I do understand that Warwick is better for economics. I’m really not sure, any help would be appreciated.

Obviously Warwick is the better university in terms of rankings for economics, but it doesn’t mean this is the best university for you. It’s important to choose a university that you will be happy at throughout your studies, and if Bristol appeals to you more, I would go to Bristol. I’ve also not been hearing the best things about the social life and activities at Warwick, so I would do some research into this before making a decision - the same goes for Bristol. You aren’t going to do well somewhere that you aren’t happy, so ultimately, your decision should come down to that. They are both good universities and both in the Russell Group. Don’t feel pressured to pick Warwick because it’s got higher rankings. Best of luck to you!
