Has anyone been rejected yet? I haven’t received anything but I’ve only heard of people who have been accepted. If you’ve been accepted then for what courses?

Hey! I was accepted today, for international relations, classics and history. I wouldn't worry to much if you haven't heard back yet, I think different courses respond at different times. I hope you get in!

Do you know if it guarantees an offer? I know it means we can be given extra consideration and lower grade requirements, I'm just a bit confused

it doesn’t guarantee you an offer :frown:

they’ll just consider you more and you’ll only need to predicted their minimum entry requirement not the standard ones! It also means your application is flagged but I’m assuming it’s so the give you the minimum entry requirement if you end up with an offer

Thanks sm! Its rly annoying because I’ve been accepted to the Oxford uniq thing and my dates clash and I’m hoping to apply for Oxford so having to make a decision

I got my email yesterday saying i got accepted for the astronomy, physics and earth sciences course! Have you checked your junk email to see if it’s there? when i got my STO log in it was in my junk :smile:

I’m honestly surprised about uniq because I didn’t apply until the last like 2 days it was open and to e&m which is mega competitive so a bit confused icl

okay thank you! other people I saw getting offers were Scottish so assumed that they were giving offers first to them and then start giving them out to English students!

oooo maybe, I got mine about 2/3 weeks after the online programme thing but tbh it felt kinda early somewhere I read they were coming out in may but I might be completely wrong
