The Student Room Group

Account details don’t match with parents STUDENT FINANCE ENGLAND!

My mom cannot support my application for finance as it keeps saying - error that ‘information does not match’.

I did not enter my mom’s middle name by a mistake so the details do not match. I seen another post saying my mom will need to fill out this form:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65afcca870218e000cb41f9a/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf

Where would I upload this? Would this be on my account and if so where would it be uploaded onto my account?

Will the application still be processed accordingly without any delays? Will I also need to upload a document to say my moms details do not match the ones she put on her account or will the form be ok on its own?

Sorry for all the questions just stressing as I don’t want it to delay the application.

Thanks!

Hi Jesswoxd,

Yes, you can upload the pff2 form through your online account. Here is some guidance on how to do this:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/student-finance-england-how-to-guide

It is currently taking around 20 working days to process this form.

You do not need to upload any additional documents.

Thanks,
Calum

Thank you! Do I need to submit it here :

Under the upload supporting evidence? IMG_5160.jpeg

Will it still process fine as it still has waiting sponsor 2 details?

Hi Jess,

Yes, please upload this form on your own account using the 'upload supporting evidence' option, and that's all we'll need right now.

We're currently processing these forms in 20 working days, so it shouldn't take long for us to get your application approved.

Thanks, Graeme
