Food Nutrition and Preparation GCSE AQA

This is a bit of a dumb question but is the chilling temperature range in fridges 0-5 degrees celcius or 1-5?
My teacher keeps saying it's 1-5 but the AQA spec says it's 0-5.

From https://senecalearning.com/en-GB/revision-notes/gcse/food-preparation/aqa/and-nutrition/4-2-1-temperature-control
It says chilling is 0 to 5.
You are correct, your teacher is wrong. It is best to trust the spec, your teacher has misremembered.
And from https://www.aqa.org.uk/subjects/food/gcse/food-preparation-and-nutrition-8585/subject-content/food-safety

chilling: 0 to below
