Student finance problems?

My mom can't get onto my student finance because it says she has the wrong info? What do I do? Is anyone else having this problem or has anyone?

download the PFF2 form, get her to fill in the pdf, upload it on your account

Hi Zestastic,

This is a known error that is affecting sponsors trying to support 24/25 applications. As a workaround, you will need to complete a pff2 form which you can download here:

https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-forms

Once uploaded this form is currently taking around 20 working days to review.
