Uni of Edinburgh Switch courses

So I've gotten a conditional offer to study at Edinburgh for German and business but I want to change the course to a business subject without German. Does anyone know how easy that'll be if I (hopefully) get it?

I was at the offer holder day today and they said you can request to change once you are in, but they look at this case by case. I am sure it sounds easy enough. But For example they said it was easier to go from finance and business to just studying business management, rather than the other way around bc you have studied business already.

When I was at the offer holder day yesterday I asked this question and they advised me to get in touch with the uni as soon as possible. Whilst it is possible to change they said I should email them before September so as they are aware and could possibly figure something out before I started my course
