Can’t find your application right now

Ik applying for my first year student finance and when my mam follows the link they sent her it says they can’t find my application so she tries to put my reference number in and still can’t find it

Hi,
I would recommend you give SFE a call or message them on the Live Chat, and ask them to send you a new link or see if they have any advice, with why the link isn't working.

I would also maybe try and open the link on a different device, if that's possible? But I would definitely recommend getting in touch with SFE, as they will be able to advise you, with what you need to do and can send you out another link, if the link is just faulty.

This is a problem this year following an update so if the details you have put in for your mum don't match exactly with what your mum inputs then the accounts don't match (it's usually due to not including a middle name).

You need to download the PFF2 form instead, and then upload the completed form to your account. It's currently taking around 20 working days to process these forms.
