How do I convert from konour (iranian high school) grades to a levels

I want to study dentistry at university of Bristol however I am currently studying in Iran and dont know what grades I need to get into my course 🙃

It terms of A levels, University of Bristol state their entry requirements for BDS Dentistry (2025 entry) as AAA (source).

Their page on qualifications from Iran (here) says, "Applicants with the National University Entrance Examination (Kunkur) or Kardani or the Iranian Pre-University Certificate (Peeshdaneshgahe) can be considered for undergraduate degree programmes. Required grades range from 16.5/20 or 82% (equivalent to ABB at A-Level) to 18/20 or 90% (equivalent to A*AA at A-Level)."

If 82% is equivalent to ABB and 90% is equivalent to A*AA, it seems reasonable to assume that they'll be looking for somewhere around 87.5% for AAA equivalence. However, they don't state an exact figure.
