Question about north village party culture

So im currently choosing my first year accomodation for next year and really want to be somewhere sociable so have been looking at north village, mainly badock hall, as heard north village is the most sociable with flat parties and stuff which sounds fun. But just had a couple concerns, i love drinking but dont do drugs, so is there a lot of drugs in north village? and are they easy to avoid without anyone judging? Also im all for the flat parties and stuff but is there still space to study as of course would like to do well so just checking wont be kept up every single night haha.

Well, i guess my son will soon find out as he was allocated Badock in the North Village - he is also anti-drugs. I think as with anywhere, you find your group, and most people who do drugs tend to stick together. I suspect you will be fine wherever you go as there are plenty of kids just like you. Good luck!
