Changing uni & course- help please?

Hello,
I am currently a first year student at London College of Fashion (UAL) studying Fashion Styling & Production and have almost finished first year.
While I have enjoyed parts of the course, I don’t think it’s for me; I’ve always been in two minds regarding studying my two major interests; fashion and zoology/conservation.
So, I’m wanting to change unis at the end of the year (I will complete the first year at UAL, unless there is any reason suggested I shouldn’t do that). My girlfriend is also at UAL and we are planning to live in a house next year so I’m looking to be in London still, the course thatI’m looking into is Zoology at Queen Mary as it looks good and is also close to the area in which I’m planning on living, so my housing plan isn’t changing, as well as not far from my family home.

I’m a noob when it comes to there things so;
-It’s now past the UCAS deadline; how do I go aboutthis?
-Should I finish my year on my current course?
-Is Queen Mary a good uni for this course? (any students?)
I’m more interested in the conservation side of things, so is this a good course for that? I’ve had a look at the course year structure and it seems pretty good, but I’ve also read student reviews saying other things…
-The entry grade is 112 ucas points, which I have, but theBTEC grade requirement is D-D-D, my grade from level three Animal Management is D-D-M, is there any chance they will consider me at all???

also; is there any other decent options in London or surrounding areas
Appreciate the help and advice 🫶

Do you meet the entry requirements for Zoology at QMUL - will they accept AM, and do you meet any GCSE requirements.
Is Zoology at QMUL still accepting applications.
Phone them on Monday
